When you have the test or X-ray you will be advised when the result will be available.  If you wish us to give your results to someone else, e.g., a family member or carer, please let us know in writing.

Sometimes our administration staff are able to give results, but if not they will make arrangements for a clinician to contact you.

You should be prepared to identify yourself for confidentiality purposes.

For routine blood tests and urine results please allow 4 to 5 working days before making enquiries and call 01803 557458 between 9:00am and 3:00pm.

X-Rays, other tests and letters from the hospital will take 10 to 14 days.

If the tests were requested by a hospital then please contact the hospital secretaries directly.
