Ordering repeat prescriptions
You must allow 72 hours for the surgery to safely prepare your repeat prescription.
The preferred ways of ordering are as follows (in order of most preferred):
- Via the NHS App: https://www.nhs.uk/using-the-nhs/nhs-services/the-nhs-app/
Please follow the directions via the above web link. Please note it may take a few days to get registered. Once registered you will be able to easily order your medications. You can also change your nominated pharmacy if required.
- Via online services: https://www.patientaccess.com/
Please follow the above link to login or register for online services. Note you will also need to come into the surgery with 2 forms of ID before this can be set up.
Please note the NHS App is preferred over online services as it offers the same services. You are able to register without having to come into the surgery with 2 forms of ID.
- Via our e-consult service: https://florey.accurx.com/p/L83103
Please follow the above link. Select Admin then prescription request. Unlike the NHS App, you will have to complete all your details on the e-consult service. Much in the same way as the current email system. This service is available Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
- Via paper request: You can either tick the items you require on your repeat lis. Or fill in a white request form in the reception foyer. This should then be dropped into the prescription post box. (This can be accesed from the outside of the building or just inside the reception foyer).
Avoid Delays - If you are requesting a medication that is not on your regular list, please give a reason for your request. This is the same for medication that you have not had for some time, or if you are requesting a medication early.
